Training
What is your training methodology?
We follow Chris Bach's The Third Way Program, which is designed to produce obedient and reliable dogs. The Third Way Program works on teaching dogs, preventing problems, reinforcing behavioral responses and solving problems. To accomplish these goals and establish a pleasing day-to-day relationship with your dog we work on good guidance, good management and good education.

Boarding
Where does my dog sleep at night when boarding?
We recommend that you bring your dog in early on their first day of boarding so they have lots of play time, that way they get nice and tired for their first nights stay. Dogs are taken out every 2 hours during the day and their last walk is at 9pm. At that time all dogs are crated for the night and will be let out again at 6am .

What should I bring in for my dog's boarding stay?
All you need to bring with you is your dogs food, treats and any medications if necessary. We ask that you will provide our daycare staff with specific feeding instructions at drop off. Your dog’s regular food should be packed individually per meal or 5lb bags. You may bring multiple 5lb bags if necessary. Should your dog need additional food, we will select one of the foods we sell. We do not accept any personal items such as beds, toys or chews.

Does my dog need to be neutered in order to be allowed into daycare?
Thanks for your inquiry about our daycare. As of July 1, 2017, males must be neutered by 1 year of age in order to be on group play. Intact males over 1 year are still welcome, but will not be allowed on group play. Additionally, your dog must be a member of our training program in order to attend. If you are interested please call our office at 773-539-1088 to discuss what training options might be right for your dog.
